Benoit Moreau has 30+ years of mining industry experience. He has a B.Sc. in Geology from Université of Montreal, a mining engineer degree from École Polytechnique (Montreal) and an MBA from University du Quebec à Montreal. He is a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Ercan Ugur has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Bosphorus, Istanbul, Turkey and has worked in the mining industry since 1982.
Mr. Jonathan Federico has a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm) degree in accounting from the John Molson School Of Business. He has worked in the mining industry since 2008.

Mr. Butrenchuk has over 44 years of experience in mineral exploration – including project evaluation and management – of precious and base metal, tungsten and industrial mineral deposits throughout Canada, United States, Chile and Peru. He is a former President and CEO of Pacific Potash Corp., Passport Potash Inc. and Gold Ridge Exploration Corp.
Mr. Perron is the Vice-President of Corporate Development. He was previously President and CEO of QMX Gold and of Golden Goose Resources. He has a Bachelor of Science from McMaster University and a MBA from HEC (Université de Montréal).
Holds degrees in Civil Law and Common Law from McGill University and has been a partner in the law firm Colby Monet L.L.P. since 1984. His career in commercial law, with an emphasis on transactions related to the natural resources sector, spans more than three decades. Mr. Crevier has acted as a director of numerous public and private companies during his career.
Has over 15 years of experience in the investment banking industry, working with various IIROC dealers specializing in small to mid size markets. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Hautes Études Commerciales (Montréal). In 2006 he obtained the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute (Virginia) and he completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) in 2002 from the Canadian Securities Institute. Throughout his career, Mr. Seguin has been involved with both private and publicly listed issuers across various industries, including the mining sector, both exploration and production. As an investments banker, he has completed a variety of financing and advisory transactions across the resources, technology and industrial sectors.
